Agent-led storytelling

Guide buyers through the story in your own voice. The same property coverage, with scripting support and a dedicated recording session for an agent-led film.

Both film packages include one finished video, 30–90 seconds long, with length shaped to the property and story. Package 2 lets the home lead, with an optional agent intro/outro. Package 3 brings the agent into the story with an on-camera presentation or voiceover and scripting support. A separate social edit is an optional addition.

Aerial-only films, additional buildings, and AI-assisted edits are available by request. We agree the scope and any additional cost before work begins.
Want a fresh take? Ask about AI-assisted edits with any package. Creative variations are delivered separately from the original listing images and identified as digitally altered.
Standard photography includes 30–40 edited images. Most homes qualify for the listed flat rates—no square-footage tiers. Exceptionally large homes, extensive acreage, multiple buildings, or unusually involved coverage may require a custom quote, confirmed before booking.
Every listing includes a 2D floor plan. All video projects include agent and brokerage branding, plus an optional agent intro/outro. Extended on-camera presentation, voiceover, and scripting support are separate additions unless explicitly included in a bundle. Bundle rates assume a single visit. For projects requiring extended travel, custom rates are open for discussion and confirmed before booking. Rush delivery, extra revisions, and applicable tax are not included and will be confirmed in the quote. Aerial coverage depends on weather and flight access. Photos and videos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot, edited in-house for full creative control.

We serve Middle Tennessee, including projects in Murfreesboro and Shelbyville. For projects requiring extended travel, custom rates are discussed and confirmed before booking.
How quickly will I receive photos and video?
Photos and videos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. All media is edited in house for full creative control.
Does every listing include a floor plan?
Yes. A 2D floor plan is included with every listing.
