Where does Loma work?
We serve Middle Tennessee, including projects in Murfreesboro and Shelbyville. For projects requiring extended travel, custom rates are discussed and confirmed before booking.
How quickly will I receive photos and video?
Photos and videos are delivered within 48 hours of the shoot. All media is edited in house for full creative control.
Does every listing include a floor plan?
Yes. A 2D floor plan is included with every listing.
Is agent and brokerage branding included?
All video projects include agent and brokerage branding and an optional agent intro/outro. Photo delivery is unbranded. Extended on-camera presentation, voiceover, and scripting are separate additions unless included in a bundle.
Are prices based on square footage?
Most homes qualify for the listed flat rates. Exceptionally large homes, extensive acreage, multiple buildings, or complex coverage may require a custom quote, confirmed before booking. Bundle rates assume a single visit.
Can you add AI-assisted edits?
Yes, by request. Scope and any additional fee are agreed before work begins. Creative variations are delivered separately from original listing images and identified as digitally altered.
What affects drone coverage?
Aerial coverage depends on weather and flight access. Send the property location with your inquiry so coverage can be planned.
