A little preparation.
A beautiful first impression.

A few thoughtful touches help us focus on the light, the details, and what makes your property feel like itself. Use this checklist with your agent or homeowner before shoot day.

Make room for the details.

Clear kitchen and bathroom counters. Put away toiletries, dish racks, cleaning supplies, and visible trash bins.
Make beds, straighten pillows, and neatly hang fresh towels. Hide loose cords and remove personal photos or sensitive documents.
Clean mirrors and windows, tidy floors, and turn off TVs and computer screens.

Let the light in.

Replace burned-out bulbs and check that lamps and fixtures work. Use matching bulb colors where possible.
Make windows and window coverings accessible. We will fine-tune blinds, curtains, and lighting when we arrive.

Give the exterior a little care.

Move vehicles away from the driveway and front of the home before arrival, where practical.
Tuck away bins, hoses, tools, and toys. Tidy landscaping, sweep entryways, and straighten outdoor furniture.
Have patios, decks, pools, and any featured outbuildings ready and accessible.

Be ready when we arrive.

Finish cleaning and staging before your appointment. Share access instructions and arrange access to every space being photographed.
Secure pets comfortably away from the shoot and arrange for people to stay out of the rooms being captured.
Share the features you love, any areas to avoid, and special access needs ahead of time.

Joining us on camera?

Bring a camera-ready outfit and share key talking points. Request scripting, voiceover, or extended on-camera coverage before the shoot.
Send your current agent and brokerage branding before editing. Branding is included on all video projects.

One visit, thoughtfully planned.

Package pricing assumes one property visit. Let us know ahead of time if the property will not be ready; any additional visit or fee will be discussed before scheduling.
Drone coverage depends on weather and flight access. We will coordinate any needed timing changes with you.
